Where do VOS Database Profiles (Leads) Come From?
Answer:
VOS obtains its leads through e-mail campaigns. Emails are sent to persons who have given permission to be sent special offers. Usually five different offers are sent in a single email. The recipient gets to choose whether to pursue one of these offers or not. If the recipient selects the E7 sample offer then he or she is led through the survey questions. Only by filling out the complete survey does someone get into the VOS database of profiles. This ensures a high degree of interest... because the questions are designed to discourage those who have only a little interest.
The four ways VOS helps you:
- Gives you prospects to talk to who want to try E7.
(it’s so much better to talk to people who welcome your call)
- Organizes and maintains your prospects database (so you know who to contact next)
- Sends automated e-mail messages to your prospects (teaching them more about E7)
- Sends product samples automatically (saves you time and effort)
- Finally, VOS provides weekly training in telephone techniques (that will help you close higher and higher percentages of customers)
How does VOS work?
Answer, on a typical day, your VOS activities will be like this:
- You will log on (via the Internet) to your personal VOS system.
- You will acquire profiles or prospects from the VOS database. Choose perhaps ten profiles out of the database... picking the kind of profiles you think you can most easily sell (such as people in your town, people of a certain age, or people with a certain health problem.)
- You will call these prospects one by one... following a proven script of what to say to them. We train you to become an expert at converting leads into customers.
- For prospects that you will not buy on your first call... but to whom you wish to send a sample because you believe that after they try the the sample there is a good chance they will then buy. you can have the VOS company send a sample to any prospect (it’s just $3.95 to send a sample, an audio CD, a Seven Essentials report and a customized letter from you). Although the sample packet is sent by VOS... it looks exactly as if it came from you.
- VOS will help you know which which prospects are ready to be followed up with... because they have already received their free sample.
- When you do these steps right... between ten and fifty percent of the prospects you talk to will become your customers.
What are the costs and expected profits from using VOS?
Answer: VOS should earn you money from your third month... consider the first two months as your education or startup cost. Here is a typical beginner scenario:
- The Silver Plan costs you $229.95 per month providing you with 100 profiles per month.
- As you call the prospects... you will find that your first month you will convert perhaps only 3% to customers... your second month you will convert perhaps 6% to customers, your third month you may convert 12% or more of your prospects to customers.
- By the third month, you will be obtaining at least 12 new customers out of the 100 prospects each month.
- As an example then, let’s set our expenses of $350 as follows:
$230 for the Gold Plan (100 profiles),
$100 for samples sent (25 x $3.95 per sample)
and $20 for telephone expenses.
- We will also assume an average first month commission of $40 per new customer... which means 12 x $40 = $480.
- Obviously, the profit is very small. However, each customer is worth approximately $200 profit (additional product orders) during the next 12 months. So, you have put into your business pipeline a potential $2,400 of profits for the next year. Do this 12 months in a row and you will have put approximately $30,000 of potential profits per year into your pipeline. Do it for five years, you will have put $150,000 of potential yearly profits into the pipeline.
OK, let’s stop here. The above scenario has you calling only 3 new people per day. It’s definitely a beginner’s scenario. Once you’ve gotten good at doing VOS (good means closing 33% of those you talk to)... you can either start recruiting other distributors (you earn 10% on distributors you mentor) and teach them to follow your lead... oryou can expand your VOS business into high gear in terms of your own customer production.
If you did the latter... expand your VOS business... you will find the numbers allow you to create a half a million dollar a year income business in only five years by working the Platinum Plan below for just five years.

VOS and Building an Organization of Integris IBOs:
The most often used reason that people have for not embracing network or home based business opportunities is the difficulty of generating customers. With VOS, this reason exists no longer.

Answer: Yes, the VOS system was proven by Shaklee and other major home-based business companies and is the closest thing we know of to guaranteed success.
More details about the VOS System:
- At the moment you buy (take exclusive access for) a prospect profile, the VOS system starts working to convert that prospect into a customer. The VOS system starts sending a series of e-mails to the prospect urging the prospect to call you on your designated phone (to reaffirm his/her interest in the free product sample).
- Once you talk to a prospect, you can click a button (via the VOS web form) and the VOS support company will mail to the prospect a sample packet that includes a Chocolate E7 sample, audiotape, E7 newspaper, and other promotional material including a customized letter from you.
- The system works on credits. You purchase VOS credits (by committing to a monthly plan and making additional credit purchases when needed). You spend your credits to acquire prospects and/or send samples. Each prospect that you acquire costs you between $1.50 and $3.00 (in credits, the cost depends on your monthly committed amount). E-mailing services are included in the price of the VOS system access price.
- As mentioned, the VOS system sends out a series of e-mails to each of the prospects that you have acquired... instructing them to contact you by telephone before a free sample will be sent. Unless a prospect calls you or you make phone contact with the contact you shouldn’t send a sample. The reason for this personal telephone contact is to “weed out” those who aren’t likely to be turned into customers. You’ll probably weed out 60%... leaving 40% to whom you will send samples.
- Although, conversion of your acquired prospects into buying customers depends on your skill at “establishing a rapport with your prospects”, most Integris IBOs can be trained to “close” between 10% to 50% of the prospects they actually talk to. If your success rate is less than this... it is because:
- you’re not working (for this problem there is no cure—no rules for success work unless you do)
- or you’re not very good at establishing a rapport with your contacts. (in this instance, you can be trained to do better... the training is online... it is free and by accessing this training you will become better at the important skill of establishing rapport)
- The VOS also graphically displays your closing abilities... showing you the statistics of how well you are doing at turning prospects into customers. This allows you to see why you are (or are not) succeeding.
