Rewards

Below are the various financial incentives or reward streams that are available. These rewards are designed to balance team building (and its possibilities for residual income) with immediate rewards for direct selling.

Uni-Level Commissions. A distributor can receive commissions on orders placed by downline IBOs and customers. Downline is thru sponsoring only - there is no placement. How much one earns and how many levels down one can earn is dependent on title attainment as follows:

In addition, the following opportunities apply:

Retail Rebate. An IBO who purchases $1,000 or more of product in a single order changes the above pay plan for that specific order. The order is treated as though it was purchased by a customer and so the IBO receives a 30% commission (or rebate) on his/her own purchase. This is the only instance in which an IBO can earn commission on his/her own product purchases.

Director’s Bonus Pool. Directors and above who sponsor at least five customers or IBOs or a combination of both in a single month participate in this special bonus pool. The dollar amount of this pool is set based on the total company revenue. A participant’s share of the pool is proportionate to his/her bonus pool points as a percentage of the combined bonus pool point total of all participants.

Bonus Pool Points are calculated using this formula: One’s 1st level volume + .6 * one’s 2nd level volume + .4 * one’s 3rd level volume.

Definitions of Terms used above

IBO. A distributor — and Independent Business Owner. To be an independent business owner, once must purchase a $29.95 business kit plus $3.95 shipping the first year and pay $25.00 renewal each year thereafter.

Autoship qualified (ASQ). An IBO who has set up a monthly repeating order of at least $100 product cost is autoship qualified.

Downline. The customers and distributors sponsored by a distributor become one’s downline. Distributors that one sponsors can also sponsor customers and distributors, resulting in generations or levels in one’s downline.

Volume.The dollar amount of product purchases before shipping, sales tax or handling. In other words, commissions are calculated on actual product dollars.

PV - Personal Volume.The dollar amount of product purchases for oneself. To attain new ranks, one usually has to also increase his/her personal purchases.

New PS GV - New Personally Sponsored Group Volume.The dollar amount of product purchases made by new customers or distributors. New means enrolled in the current month. for oneself. If one doesn’t meet the required New PS GV, then instead of being paid according to the normal compensation plan, one is paid from the Leisure Plan..

GV - Group Volume.The dollar amount of product purchases occurring on levels one, two and three only.

Max GV/Leg - Maximum Group Volume Per Leg.This is the maximum amount of group volume coming through one particular downline leg that will be counted for rank achievements. Essentially, it prevents someone from advancing in rank by having only one or two prolific legs underneath him/her. You need at least three strong legs, or a large number of customers to achieve higher ranks.
