Wealthy-Living Performance Based Guarantees

1. Any Independent Business Owner, at any level, is guaranteed to be in profit within 6 months of becoming an Independent Business Owner. The condition is that you must share our training with others. During that 6 months, you must have a confirmed 150 people in front of one of our live/recorded presentations with attempted follow-up (that is one person a day, five days a week). If after documenting this performance, you are not in profit we will refund your introductory purchase in full.
2. Independent Business Owners also have a 12 month guarantee. We guarantee that within 12 months of becoming a Independent Business Owner you will be EARNING an additional $50,000 per year with your Wealthy-Living Business. Your registration with a Business Builder Pack Independent Owner Enrollment activates our contract to you, once reviewed, signed and returned within 72 hours of your registration. During the 12 month term you must follow the outlined minimum requirements of the contract. If at the end of this 12 month period, you are not earning an additional $50,000, we will pay you your full enrollment fee and the difference to $1,200.

Both of these guarantees require your attendance and participation in weekly training sessions, minus vacation time. This attendance is tracked electronically. You are REQUIRED to read your BizPak provided with your purchase and must sign and complete the guarantee contract and return it to our offices within 72 hours of receipt.

BECAUSE OF THE UNRESTRICTED NATURE OF OUR MATERIALS AND LIVE TRAINING WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS, OTHER THAN PROVIDED BY FEDERAL OR STATE LAW, UNLESS THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE MET.
